Actually free — here's what that means
A lot of "free" floor plan tools let you draw something basic and then ask you to pay to export it, or slap a watermark on the PDF, or lock features behind a subscription after 5 minutes. Apeyron CAD doesn't do that.
Drawing walls, placing furniture from the catalog, setting dimensions, adding electrical points, and exporting to PDF and DXF — all free. No account required to start. The project saves in your browser automatically.
Add furniture
Pick from the catalog — beds, sofas, kitchen units, bathroom fixtures. Scale to real size. Check clearances before buying.
Import existing plans
Upload a photo or scan of a floor plan as a background. Trace the walls on top. Set the scale from one known dimension.
Export PDF and DXF
Clean PDF, no watermark. DXF for AutoCAD and other CAD software. Electrical plans export to a separate sheet.

What's the catch?
There isn't one for the core tools. Drawing, furniture, PDF, DXF are free.
Does it work on Mac and Linux?
Yes. Browser-based, works on any OS in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
Can I draw a house with multiple floors?
Yes. One project supports multiple floors with separate drawings for each.
