Online site plan creator — free property and garden layout

Draw your property layout in the browser: boundary, fence, house, garage, paths, lawn, trees, and utility lines. Accurate dimensions, PDF export, no signup required.

What you can draw

Start with the property outline. You type in the side lengths in metres — or trace an irregular shape corner by corner. Add the fence, gate, and driveway entrance. Then place the house footprint with accurate setbacks from the boundary.

Paths go in as strips with a chosen width and surface material: paving, gravel, wood decking, grass. You can fill zones with lawn, paving, or a pond. Trees and shrubs come from the catalog with adjustable canopy size.

For utilities — water supply, drainage, electrical, garden lighting — each gets its own layer. Route them from the boundary entry points to the buildings. When exporting, you can create separate PDF sheets for each utility so contractors have their own clean drawing to work from.

Property boundary

Any shape: rectangular, L-shaped, trapezoidal, irregular. Enter real measurements in metres. The editor works in proper scale.

Buildings and structures

House, garage, garden shed, greenhouse, pergola, summer kitchen — placed with correct setbacks visible at a glance.

Garden and landscape

Paths, lawn, paving, pond, flower beds, raised beds, trees, shrubs — all from the catalog with adjustable sizes.

Utilities

Water, drainage, electrical, lighting — separate layers, separate PDF sheets. Each contractor gets the drawing they need.

Who uses it

Homeowners planning a new build use it to see how the house, garage, and garden fit together before committing to anything. Landscapers use it to sketch layouts for clients without needing expensive desktop software. Contractors use it to prepare utility route drawings to show building control or run by the client.

It also works if you're buying a property and want to understand how the outdoor space could be used — trace the plot outline from the estate agent's plan, add a house footprint, and try a few garden layouts to see what's realistic.

Questions

Can the boundary be non-rectangular?

Yes. Draw it as a polygon with any number of corners.

How do I set the scale?

All dimensions are entered in metres. The editor works in real scale. When exporting to PDF you choose the print scale.

Can I do a site plan and house floor plans in one project?

Yes. One project holds the site plan and multi-floor house plans. Switch between them without losing any data.

Can I get separate sheets for water and electrical?

Yes. In the PDF export you select which layers appear on each sheet.
