# Apeyron CAD

> Apeyron CAD is a browser-based floor plan editor for Russian-speaking users. It helps create editable apartment, house, room, electrical, water supply, and site plans with real dimensions.

## What it does

- Draw walls, doors, windows, rooms, dimensions, and annotations in a browser.
- Place furniture, kitchen modules, plumbing, and appliances to check real dimensions and clearances.
- Import a photo or scan of an existing floor plan as a starting point, then edit the result.
- Create electrical layouts with outlets, switches, lighting, panels, and cable routes.
- Create water supply and sewer layouts with fixtures and pipe routes.
- Export drawings to PDF and DXF.
